Consulting with Mallanalli
Mallanalli's consulting clients typically are institutions that desire training delivered at their locations, contoured to their situations, and aligned with the needs of their staff. Many organizations find that customized training optimizes their staff time, the level of staff engagement, and the benefit realized.
Mallanalli works with each organization individually, first to assess their needs, then to design her onsite workshops to support those goals, then to deliver the training, then to review the student outcome against the goals, and finally to assess what follow-up activities are required.
Two standard training curriculum (Care Delivery and Care Management) are available, with many options. Care Delivery training addresses bodyworker/massage therapist hands-on and spiritual practices as well as providing a wealth of techniques for developing and maintaining a healthy balance between client care and self care, plus techniques for improving balance and strength, and finally training in a variety of traditional healing movements.
Care Management training addresses both management practices and bodyworker practices, providing methods to avoid bodyworker staff "burn out" and to help maintain healthful, responsible attitudes and practices within a spa, hotel or healing center. This curriculum includes management practices for optimizing the health and balance of staff and maintaining that over time.
